This is a fantastic shop for outdoor needs. The staff are knowledgeable and they have some really good kit. They’ve got everything you could possibly want for a camping trip and will happily advise if you are unsure of anything. Really handy having parking outside too.

Camping
When it comes to camping and other adventurous outdoor activities, Penrose Outdoors is simply the place you want to look at, they offer a large range of goods to do with camping, they have the top brands promoting different products at average prices. They are very helpful if your unsure of anything and the car park is quite efficient, I have had a good experience when I went there the first time.

Good Shop
I like this shop, something about it's location beside the river appeals to me. As has already been mentioned, parking is available outside. The shop is mainly spread over two floors. I recently visited to purchase some thermals and was impressed by the range of high quality goods available. Staff were happy to offer assistance, expecially when they could see that I didn;t really jnow what I needed. They also offer hats, coats, gloves, boots, insect repellant and a range of other essentual items

Whatever the Weather
In my opinion, this shop is perfect if you're taking a holiday that is a little different from the norm. I was going to stay in the jungle and was worried about insect bites. Staff not only listened to my concerns, they were able to advise me about what I could buy, the level of protection I would need and also recommend things that I hadn't even thought of. This is defintiely a good shop to visit!

Penrose Outdoors
Penrose outdoors offer a wide range of goods for camping and outdoor activities. They have top name brands at reasoable prices.
The store is big and the staff is vast. They are very helpful and friendly and are assigned to each section so a staff member is never hard to find.
The parking is good with the shop car park right outside with about 20 spaces available.
The shop itself has big windows at the front of the building which allows a lot of light into the shop.
