Great store. Staff were friendly and seem to know what they are talking about ad very willing to help and offer advice. Just how a hobby shop should be.

Model Shop, Stocking large range of products from, RC planes, to Tamiya Kits, Come and see us for a Friendly Service.
I took my sons helicopter in to have 2 rotors replaced and just a simple check over just after xmas, the owner told me it would be a couple of days and would give me a ring. After calling at least 15 times and numerous visits at the shop they were always closed, when i finally got hold of them to pick it up, i got my partner to collect it, but when she arrived she was told to make an appointment to collect it!!. We made an appointment to collect it at 9.30 Tue 04/02/14 and was told that we have now unfixed it as im the owner and i dont like your attitude. ????? He was very rude and had the worst customer service skills i have ever seen, well i was gob smacked as we have been very patient in waiting some 5 weeks for a 2 day repair and we were never rude to anyone in the shop. Im in business myself so i know how to treat customers even awkward ones, but this chap was so rude unhelpfull and liked talking down to myself and my partner its a wonder how he's still in business at all. This is my worst experience of going into any shop ever, i would advise anyone to stay well away, but its the only one in town and he knows it. I have never left a bad review for anyone before but the owner of Imperial Models was so rude to me i felt other people should know. (Good luck!!)
After waiting an unacceptable two months (Admittedly over Xmas/New Year) for a R/C Quadcopter repair, got a brand new one given to me!!! Brilliant service- Thanks very much!! Recommending you to anyone I speak to as this was over and above ;-)
