No customer service

Would not recommend to anyone. Took my wedding ring in to be fixed. No one called when they said they would has two phone numbers but doesn't answer phone. Have no faith in this shabby jeweler.

Friendly Knowledgeable Jewellers and Great Value Too!

I have bought a number of gift items from this shop over recent years and have always found Noel the owner to be helpful as I struggle with choosing the right piece, whether it was a watch, pair of earings or a necklace. This has meant me saving money (Wilsons prices are not outrageous) and time as i get the right gift at the with the minimum of fuss, they gift wrap too.. Wilsons are able to source items from top brands, if you are finding it difficult to get the exact item this is always useful. Great to support a local St Austell business that still holds expertise, courtesy and value to the forefront of their business.

Stuck On Valentines Inspiration?

I actually enjoy buying bling for my partner but always seem to struggle choosing the perfect gift, over the last three years I have relied on Noel Wilson for help and each time he has come up trumps, if you are struggling finding the ultimate gift for your loved one give Wilsons a visit.. you will not be disappointed!

Calvin Klein Enlace Bangle Watch

Not only am I the owner of a beautiful Calvin Klein bangle watch from Wilsons, but I am now delighted to have received another for Christmas! My Enlace bangle watch is unusual and more a piece of jewellery than a watch. I can now match watches to outifts! Yet again, family and friends are commenting on it and asking where it was purchased. I understand my partner had to order it in especially and was extremely pleased with the personal, helpful service from Wilsons. Thank you Wilsons, I am no looking forward to Valentine's Day!!!

Unique Jewellery

I received a beautiful Calvin Klein bangle watch on Valentine's Day, it is so unusual, I love it and wear it every day - people are always commenting on it. It is so nice to find unique jewellery from a local shop.

Wedding Ring and After Care

My Husband got my ring from here and they really helped him, giving him advice! Their aftercare service is so great, before the wedding they cleaned my ring free of charge and after the wedding I scratched it whilst falling over!! They sorted it for me, there and then, free of charge - I was so grateful! FAB FAB FAB My husband will be having a trip back there at Xmas! Hee Hee

Wedding Ring at Wilsons!

I spent months looking for a wedding ring! Wilsons were great. I don't want to be overly gushy, but they were so helpful. They talked through getting me a bespoke ring drawn up, looked at loads of their designs and were incredbily patient. Comparable price to main high street rivals and much nicer people!
