Missing Truro Man
Police in Truro have appealed for information to trace a local man who has been reported missing in the city.
Chris Gilbert, 54, was last seen yesterday morning, Tuesday, 29 March 2011.
His car was found in the Newham Industrial Estate area of the city at around 1030 hours.
A search using police officers, members of the Cornwall Search and Rescue Group (8 persons) a Royal Navy Sea King helicopter, and a Coastguard team was conducted in the Newham area.
Mr Gilbert is described as being 5ft 8in tall, of medium build, clean shaven and with blonde receding hair.
When last seen, he was wearing a purple jumper and fleece and black trousers.
His disappearance is being described as very much out of character
