Simon valued our home at a good realistic price to sell. It sold in 14 days. The whole team at Simon Milnes were excellent and i was kept informed throughout. Like no other estate agents, all the staff visited my house before it was advertised so they were all able to recommend it to the right buyers... I have dealt with many estate agents and Simon Milnes is in a legue of its own. Simon even did a viewing in the evening and on a Sunday !
