PEOPLE queued along the pavements to get into a new charity shop in Truro selling furniture and electrical goods.
The British Heart Foundation store on Calenick Street took £10,500 on its first day, September 18.
Area manager, Andy Dare, said: "We are delighted that the Truro store has made its mark in the local community."

Popped in yesterday and saw what was up for sale. Many goods were well priced up with DVD players at £10 and other electrical goods like TVs being remarkably cheap. 3 seater settees were sometimes on the pricey side but this place is ideal for a young couple who are starting out and need white goods and furniture to start off their new home. Well done Andy!
