Proactive sales focus for CF Systems

A south west IT services company has moved to capitalise on recent growth by appointing a new business development manager.

CF Systems in Redruth has appointed Tim Neasom in the new role in order to begin a strong focus on proactive client acquisition.
â¨While the company has enjoyed great success to date thanks to a high customer retention rate and strong word of mouth, managing director Graham Bray is confident the time is right to take the next natural step.
"In all the years we have been in business, we have never had a dedicated sales team," he said. "While this is a testament to our attention to detail and customer service, it makes it a little difficult to plan for the future.
"This is why welcoming Tim to the family is such a milestone for us. He brings with him an absolute wealth of experience in customer facing roles. I'm looking forward to working with him to drive CF Systems forward."
Neasom, who joins CF Systems having previously worked for both small and multi-national companies in a variety of industries, said he is delighted to join the team.
