As part of this year's Children in Need, Truro Salon Inkfish is planning a Conga Line through the town on November 18.  Come and join in the largest Conga line Truro has ever seen!

Inkfish Children in Need

Inkfish will be holding a full week of Children in Need activities, culminating in a Conga line through Truro, which will start at the salon from 2pm.  The event is being covered by the BBC and it is hoped that this will be the biggest Conga the fair city of Truro has ever witnessed.

Entry is open to individuals, groups, families and companies, with a £1 entry which will be donated to Children in Need.  If you wish to take part, just stop in at Inkish or contact Catrina, the salon events manager on 01872222468.

Truro Flash Mob Meditation – 11 November

Alternatively, if you like organised public activities, but the Conga is not your thing – a recent post on Truropeople suggests that a Meditation Flash Mob is soon taking place on Lemon Quay!  'Tis the 11th year, and on the 11th hour (both am and pm) of the 11th day of the 11th month – the flash mob witll take place.  Just wear comfy cloths (and maybe a blanket lest you get a cold bum)

Head here to check out their Facebook, or here to start a 'MedMob' in your town.

Have your say.

What is the largest Conga line you have ever taken part in?  Will you be flash mob meditating?
