A total of £2,237 was raised for The Way Forward, of which £537 was donated by Data Sharp and Nalders and Son from a musical gala night in June.
The Way Forward, based in Probus, raises awareness of meningitis and septicaemia, as well as supporting families in Cornwall.
The Way family, whose son Ben was struck down by meningitis, plans to raise £15,000 a year to help fund equipment for local hospitals to better their services.
Last year, there were 103 cases of confirmed meningitis and septicaemia in the South West region.
So far, Probus village and the Way family have raised £3,900 and need only another £1,100 to get full charity status. Their annual Ladies' Darts Marathon, which saw six teams of six women throw darts for two hours, raised £1,700.
A further £100 each was presented to Like Wise, Macmillan Nursing and St Francis Dogs' Home.
