THE GANGES restaurant in Truro held a free buffet to celebrate its 25th anniversary with £600 in donations going to Truro Foodbank.
The charity supplies emergency food to those in need.
Mohammed Uddin, manager of the Ganges, said: "We want to thank all the people who helped to make it a special night, or who could not make it but sent money."
More than 100 people attended the event.
