Truro based DCN & Co

have shown progression from within by promoting Natalie Cape to manager.

Natalie has worked for over

ten years with the bookkeeping, management accounts and payroll specialists.

She joined DCN in 2003 as an AAT trainee directly after

her studies at college.  She then worked

her way through various roles throughout the firm, giving her the perfect

opportunity to experience every aspect of the business from purchase ledger to

management accounts.

Six months ago saw the complete rebrand of DCN, which

Natalie played an integral part of by helping to create the design of the new

logo that has greatly improved the overall image of the firm.

DCN is a strong believer in creating new job

opportunities and providing training courses to enable staff with strong

ambitions to progress.

This was certainly

the case with Natalie and she is delighted with her new role:

"I am very pleased to be the new manager of DCN & Co.

I have enjoyed working for the firm for the last ten years as it really has

provided me with the opportunity to grow into and prosper in my new role."

"The DCN staff make a great team and are a pleasure to work

with. I look forward to maintaining training opportunities for all members of

staff and look forward to leading them along the path to progression."

In her new role Natalie will now focus on all aspects of

the business, not only completing work within the company, but also looking

into ways of improving the business and marketing the firm's services.

DCN is a daughter business to Robinson Reed Layton, the

Truro based accountancy firm.

Stephen Gainey, Partner of Robinson Reed Layton, is

pleased with Natalie's development:

"I am excited for Natalie to begin her new role with the

firm as she has realised her potential through dedication and hard work.  She truly has earned her role as the new

manager of DCN."

"We encourage progression within both Robinson Reed

Layton and DCN and hope that Natalie's success will inspire young team members

to want to also succeed within either firm."

DCN provides a range of outsourced financial services and

advice on matters such as payroll, book keeping and VAT to a variety of

clients.
